The apartment is located within one of the coast's oldest and most prestigious golf courses. There are three courses, 2 x 18 hole and 1 x 9 hole which span each side of the N340 coast road and leads, on the south course, to the sea. Two driving range facilities are within walking distance and the discreet clubhouse is a three-quarter 7 iron away. The site's other sport's facilities include Tennis, Horse Riding, Karting and a unique Water Cable Ski facility which has to be seen to be believed!

Guadalmina shopping centre nearby has a large modern supermarket with bakery and San Pedro town centre is a three-minute car ride away. The area boasts some of the finest beaches on the coast including San Pedro's Bora Bora, which was a favorite of the late Princess Diana who visited there with the Spanish Royal family. San Pedro is ideally placed as a starting point for interesting excursions to the nearby mountain villages as well as Cordoba, Ronda, Seville and Granada and, during season, a visit to the ski slopes at Sierra Nevada is a day trip never to be forgotten!
